The slapstock foam plant type FP-200 is designed for continuous production of flexible polyether polyurethane foam in rectangular blocks with flat top configuration.
The FP-200 is working on a low pressure system with multiple mixer inlets and recirculation. The catalyst metering system has as standard three main stream and auxiliary facilities for additional streams, extra colours/catalysts. The GMK granulator has been specially constructed for the granulation of flexible and bonded foam.
Supplied in two models giving a capacity of 650 and 1000 Kg/hour.
The flexible foam granule silo plant type GFH-200 and GFH-330 are mainly used as storage and feeding system for HYMA’s bonded foam plants.
Besides storing granulates, the system is ideal for cushion/pillow filling operations, and for blending materials by recirculation.
The equipment can be supplied with ducting and blowers to go ‘in line’ with your granulating machine.
Our bonded foam plant, type BFE is the smallest plant we manufacture and has a mixer volume of 7,5m3.Capacity is between 1-4 blocks pr. hour depending on the density of the block.
Our bonded foam plant, type BFM has a mixer volume of 10m3 and has a block capacity of 3-4 blocks per hour, depending on the density of the block.
